Running City of Heroes under Cedega requires making a few changes to the default game settings. This guide applies to both Nvidia and ATi graphics cards.
Like the Coh-ATi guide, this guide takes place entirely in Cedega.

Running City of Heroes under Cedega requires making a few changes to the default game settings. This guide applies to both Nvidia and ATi graphics cards.
Like the Coh-ATi guide, this guide takes place entirely in Cedega.
1: As we can see, City of Heroes has already been installed into Cedega. Below the game window is an information box which tells us that:
This title must be run in Windows 2000 compatibility mode.
2: To set this mode, Left Click on Properties on the Top Bar
3: When the Properties box comes up, Left Click on Edit Settings
4: We should now be on a new window under the General Tab.
The bar we are looking for is Winver. Currently win2k is set as the Windows version.
5: Cedega Supports several different Windows versions to report being used. If the Winver is not set as win2k, this is where the entry can be changed.
6: Under the Audio Tab, make sure OSS is checked. While ALSA was a little faster in my tests, it had problem handling multiple sound sources.
7: The final screen is the Video tab. Just make sure everything below matches the cedega box on your screen and you should be fine.
For those with some frames to spare, try turning pixel shaders up to 1.4 for a better image.
